Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year. Hourly Rate Range: $45.00-$68.00 per hour - Full-time & In-person SLP - Age group: K-8 - Mild/Moderate & Moderate/Severe Responsibilities would include: - Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans. - Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings. - Address articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication challenges. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress. - Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessment results in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA regulations. - Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations.
