Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77086 Summary/Objective: The Senior Scenario Desk Analyst reviews scenarios and advises loan originators, loan processors and underwriters on product and program guidelines under the supervision of the EVP of Capital Markets. Provides concierge-level customer service by managing the communications for the scenario desk, responding to questions accurately and in a timely manner. Manages said scenario desk ticketing system through Freshdesk. Analyzes the guidelines and communicates with investors to provide answers to loan originators, loan processors and underwriters. Conducts market surveillance on new products and investors to proactively present program opportunities to the EVP of Capital Markets. Maintains positive relationship with investors, fostering communication between Interlinc and account representatives. Subject matter expert on investor and agency guidelines, maintains up-to-date information and resources for the field, and update Capital Markets policies on the company intranet. Manages...
