Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and ambitious Junior Talent Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team based in Tampa. This role ideal for someone who wants to progress their career in internal recruitment in a fast paced and exciting environment. The role will have strong focus on ATS (Application Tracking System) management, interview coordination, data accuracy, and recruiter support. You’ll play a critical role in keeping recruiting processes running smoothly, owning coordination, documentation, and execution, while also supporting job spec creation, outreach activity, and special recruiting projects.
