As a Systems Operations Engineer at Radius you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Linux and AWS environment . Reporting into our Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues in our Central IT and Software Development teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and efficient - whether they’re internal platforms or customer-facing services. What you’ll be doing: - Primary support and maintenance of the group’s Linux estate. - Additional support and maintenance of the group’s AWS infrastructure. - Automating infrastructure tasks such as environment builds, scaling, monitoring, and patching. - Collaborating with Software Development and DevOps teams to meet infrastructure needs. - Researching and recommending improvements to enhance service levels and efficiency. - Documenting systems and following change management protocols. - Ensuring compliance with internal controls and security standards.
