Responsibilities Include: - Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options - Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites - Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more - Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations - Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades - Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices - Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance - Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits - Consistently meet or exceed a...
