QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred - Must have lived experience with homelessness, military service, or recovery from substance use disorder - Certification or training as a peer support specialist preferred. - Experience working with veterans, homeless, or at-risk populations preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to engage, motivate, and support individuals facing complex life challenges. - Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office. - Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and access to a registered and insured vehicle for client visits.
