- Generous SCHCADS Award salary on offer Level 4 Pay Point 4 - $94,788.72 per annum - Opportunity for relocation assistance may be offered for the right candidate - Full time, ongoing - Djirra is looking for a Paralegal Support Worker to join our Aboriginal Family Violence Legal Service (AFVLS) based in our Mildura office. In this role, you’ll provide culturally safe, trauma informed support to Aboriginal women experiencing family violence or sexual assault, assisting across child protection, family law, victims of crime and family violence matters. About the Role: The Aboriginal Family Violence Legal Service (AFVLS) is a program of Djirra. AFVLS provides legal and non-legal assistance and facilitates access to justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have experienced family violence or sexual assault. AFVLS’s legal services include advice, representation and advocacy in the areas of: AFVLS operates a culturally safe, trauma informed, holistic and intensive client service model.
