The coordinator will assist the Associate Director with hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of group exercise instructors and personal trainers. Instructing/leading exercise classes/programs as needed. The position will serve as manger on duty a minimum of three times a week and occasional weekends. As manager on duty, this individual will manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center to include supervision of staff, financial transactions, member sales and service.
