Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Uniform Specialist will issue, receive, repair and make alterations to uniforms to ensure associates are dressed according to company standards. You will report to the Uniform Manager. Location : Durant: Schedule : Regular/Full-Time - 8am-4:30pm: Work shift may vary, must have availability to work the following shifts. - Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday 8am-10:30pm: Start Pay will be based on experience starting at $18/hr Wage access is an option for this position. Primary Tasks: 1. You will oversee all tasks related to uniform distribution and maintenance, including fittings, alterations, paperwork processing and physical inventory tracking. 2. Prepare new and used uniforms for laundry or dry cleaning. Process clean garments and return them to inventory. 3. You will educate associates on proper care techniques, return/exchange policy and payroll deduction options during the uniform issuance process. 4. Maintain inventory on hand by participating in daily shipment processing, preparing outbound orders for shipping, monthly physical inventory counts, ongoing laundering process and merchandising as needed. 5.
