About the Role: The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is a key strategic finance leader responsible for driving the company’s financial planning processes, performance management, and decision‑support analytics. This role leads comprehensive financial planning cycles, builds scalable analytical frameworks, ensures accurate financial forecasting, and provides forward‑looking insights that shape the company’s strategy and execution. Qualifications ( R equired & P referred): Education: (R) Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or Finance; (P) MBA Experience: 10-15 years Accounting or Finance (R) 5 years in a manager role (R) Manufacturing Industry (R) Areas of Knowledge: Financial Planning & Analysis, (R) Accounting, (R) IT/PC skills (Excel /Word/ Power Point/Power BI) (R), Metals Industry (P) Skills: Expert-level modeling and Excel proficiency (R) Strong analytics capabilities including scenario modeling and forecasting (R); Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (R); Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
