Job Description: As Head of Retail Workforce Planning and Labour Optimisatio n, you’ll shape how our retail networks plan and deploy their workforce. Partnering across Retail Operations and Finance, you’ll lead a best-in-class labour model across Dan Murphy’s and BWS, aligning workforce investment to customer demand, performance and compliance. In addition to enabling our current labour plan, a key focus of this role is leading the transformation of workforce planning across the business.
