Senior Business Systems Analyst Norfolk or Richmond, VA - Dominion Energy Hybrid Schedule (1 week in office/1 week remote) Travel: Some, maybe once per month. These would be day trips for the most part. Milage reimbursement: Yes, for trips outside of normal work location Top Required Skills: 1. Experience in IT Product Model and Agile Methodology 2. Structured, methodical BSA skillset (software system requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, testing) 4. Capability and willingness to learn rapidly, ask questions, and retain the information provided during the process. 5. Data analytics skills 6. Organizational and documentation skills Soft skill requirements: - Ability to work as part of a team, being led and leading - Effective communication – written, verbal, presentation - Workshop and problem-solving facilitation with business unit client groups and IT teams.
