Senior Network Development Analyst (Retail Expansion)

Job description

The Senior Network Development Analyst plays a critical role in supporting global retail expansion and network optimization across 15+ international markets. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality geospatial and market intelligence analysis to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new clinic locations and support long-term network strategy. You will be part of a global Network Development team consisting of two team members based in Denmark (Head of Network Development and Project Manager) and two analysts based in Poland. The newly established Poland-based team will serve as the analytical engine of the function, delivering structured, scalable, and high-impact analysis that supports strategic decision-making across global markets. The role requires becoming super-user in the ArcGIS geointelligence software suite, which enables all analysis delivered to markets. Although prior experience in the tool as a plus, it is not required, and you will receive thorough training in this by our team in Denmark.
