The Lead Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting client relationships, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of solutions and services, and partnering with senior account leaders to support account outcomes. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a proactive approach to building client partnerships.
