Status Full-Time Standard Hours per Week: 40 Job Posting Category: Information Technology: Job Posting Description: Position/Department Summary: The Epic Analyst II – Grand Central/Prelude/Real Time Eligibility is responsible for the design, build, implementation, testing, and support of the Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) modules. The analyst collaborates closely with operational leaders, end users, and IT peers to ensure system functionality aligns with clinical and administrative workflows and organizational objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between users and the Epic technical teams, ensuring a high level of customer service and effective resolution of system issues.
