Working alongside the Housekeeping Management team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Supervisor who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. - Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group - Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property - Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities: - Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of all guest rooms, public areas, pantries, and service spaces. - Provide leadership and direction to team members through effective supervision, training, coaching, and motivation. - Deliver exceptional personalized guest service by responding prompty to requests and coordinating special amenities - Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, and unusual circumstances to management.
