Job Summary The Senior Manager, Credit & Accounts Receivable leads Masimo’s US credit risk management and accounts receivable (AR) operations to optimize cash flow, minimize financial risk, and support scalable business growth. This role is accountable for the end-to-end credit and collections strategy, execution, and performance, including leadership of the AR team including employees located in Irvine California and India. The Senior Manager partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Operations, and Finance leadership to balance credit risk management, customer expectations and commercial priorities, ensuring that credit policies, collections strategies, and AR practices align with Masimo’s financial objectives, compliance requirements, and growth plans. Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee collections activities to improve cash flow, reduce delinquency, and optimize days sales outstanding (DSO).
