Job description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the sales objectives for Fiber Glass System business unit within NOV in the Rockies/PNW US region and customers in the Chemical & Industrial market. This role leads sales activity in the region with independent area sales managers, representatives & distributors, developing project specific sales strategies and communicating project requirements to the company’s manufacturing operations, construction divisions and management team. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and achieve Fiber Glass Systems sales and business development objectives for fiberglass piping and tank solutions in the assigned region. - Target new customers, new applications and follow on sales leads. - Assists in establishing a realistic sales quota for the assigned region/Customer; generates and maintains sales volume to meet or exceed established quota; prepares sales forecasts. - Drive disciplined sales execution, including activity tracking, pipeline management, and CRM utilization to deliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market conditions. - Initiate regional sales calls and training seminars with area distributors and r...
