Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

Job description

What you'll do each day: Respond to production problems and take appropriate corrective action. Make necessary mechanical adjustments. Complete required paperwork and quality tasks. Operate other packaging machines by stocking supplies for semi-automated equipment based on production schedule. Maintain work area and equipment according to the highest GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety standards. Be a positive team member with emphasis on teamwork spanning all work shifts Continually strive for improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. Work with minimum supervision; must be responsible and able to timely initiate appropriate work activities. Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
