Engagement Associate Tanger Hillel at Brooklyn College: Role Overview: At Tanger Hillel, relationships are everything. As the Student Experience Coordinator, you’ll build meaningful connections that help Jewish students feel seen, valued, and inspired to explore their identity and community. You’ll meet students where they are and create experiences that feel relevant, joyful, and genuinely theirs. This role is equal parts connector, mentor, and community-builder. Most days, you’ll be energized by the relationships you’re building and the community you’re shaping. The role includes evenings and some weekends, balanced with flexibility in your schedule. You’re not just running programs—you’re helping shape how students experience Jewish life during one of the most formative times in their lives.
