Total Reward and People & Organization Information Systems Intern

Job description

We are looking for a Total Reward & P&O IS Intern to join our People & Organization (P&O) Team based in Milan. How you make the difference: You will support the Total Reward team in compensation analysis, P&O data management and total reward initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to global reward processes while contributing to data-driven decision making and the continuous improvement of Bolton’s people practices. How your agenda looks like: - You will contribute in the annual compensation cycle (salary review, job evaluation, bonus management etc) and assist in the analysis of compensation data to support reward decisions and benchmarking activities; - You will assist in the total reward ongoing projects (pay transparency and pay equity analysis etc); - You will help in developing and maintaining P&O reports related to the main P&O KPI’s and metrics, ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy across all P&O systems; - You will support P&O IS initiatives and new tool implementations, including the rollout of new modules (e.g. compensation tools).
