Printpack, an essential and leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Shift Supervisor - Blown Film for 7p-7a 2/3 rotating night shift. This position is located in the Jackson, TN, plant and will report to the Blown Films Department Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership and coordination of their shift, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met. The Shift Supervisor will also ensure compliance with the company’s safety and quality policies while meeting key production performance indicators. Minimum and Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience Hands-on supervisory experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Blown or cast extrusion experience preferred Continuous process experience preferred: Must have strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to manage change and multiple objectives simultaneously Ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization Computer experience wi...
