Overview To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a MITS Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Greenville area sales office. In addition to their individual responsibilities as a Sales Specialist, The MITS Selling Sales Manager is accountable for the sales activities of a team of Sales Specialists, ensuring that all team members meet established sales quotas. This position works closely with the sales team managers to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Sales Specialists (Visual Solutions Specialists, Application Specialists, and MITS Sales Professionals) to achieve branch TSG revenue objectives - Attract, hire, and provide training for continuous development of the sales team - Review and collaborate with Specialists and Account Executives on their performance to achieve sales quotas - Establish weekly cadence for pipeline accountability and execution of daily sales activities - Partner with branch sales, service, and operati...
