Department: 37693 Navicent Health Rehabilitation Hospital - Speech and Audiology Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This is a PRN position; however, the applicant is required to cover 1 Saturday per month at minimum. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: Patient Assessments / Reassessments  Performs appropriate patient assessments resulting in an effective treatment plan.  Reassesses patients at appropriate intervals of time demonstrating the ability to observe treatment effect and modify the plan of care as indicated.  Involves the patient and /or family in the assessment process and the formation of the care plan. Care Planning / Interdisciplinary Communication:  Provides care in accordance with physician’s orders.  Demonstrates appropriate case management to ensure quality of care and best patient outcome.  Communicates appropriately to physicians, nurses, case managers, and other members of the health care team to ensure care is collaborative and appropriate.
