Pay Range:$46.87 - $65.76 Supervise the Dietitians across the consortium for SEARHC. Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients of all ages and a variety of medical diagnoses. Support staff and have diabetes knowledge. Plans, organizes, supervises, and coordinates the work of Dietitians, and other professional, paraprofessional, and support staff. Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned functions, services, and activities; assigns work activities and projects; monitors workflow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems; ensures work is performed accurately and that timelines are met; ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and related regulations. Manages budgets for all aspects of Nutrition Services with SEARHC. Must translate complex regulations from the Joint Commission (TJC) and state/federal standards into everyday practice. The most difficult aspect of this translation is the potential for a difference in interpretation which could lead to a citation or error.
