In this role, you'll serve as the Planner/Scheduler supporting the Desert Housing Management Team. Within the Team, this position will support the staff who perform maintenance on vertical structures and residential facilities; by establishing an online work order system; plan and schedule work orders related to preventive and corrective maintenance to internal and external workforces; develop job plans and scope of work and provide maintenance reports via the Maximo system. This is the journey level position performing Planner/Scheduler job duties supporting maintenance, operations, and construction for Desert housing and recreation.
