Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Tri Tool Grinding Operations Team, the individual will support the production of precision tool bits used in Tri Tool machines. This is an entry-level role focused primarily on deburring, marking, and finishing of tool bits, with structured on-the-job training toward operating grinding equipment and advancing into full tool bit manufacturing. The role also includes using grinding machines for cutting parts to length and squaring operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
