Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta - Atlanta, GA 30349Position Type: Full TimeThe Host Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, quality, and compliance of the Host Home Program. This position provides leadership and supervision to Host Coordinators to ensure individuals served receive consistent, person-centered supports in a safe, nurturing home environment. The Host Manager ensures all program activities, including subcontractor management, meet regulatory standards, organizational policies, and person-centered planning principles. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Oversight Ensure all Host Homes are compliant with state, federal, and organizational requirements. Oversee the Host Subcontractor application, approval, and renewal process, ensuring all providers meet background, training, and licensing criteria before placement. Maintain accurate records of subcontractor applications, approvals, and expirations. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring of Host Home Providers and Subcontractors.
