Job Description: Role Overview: - Status : Student Position - Hours : Flexible (Weather-dependent) - Start Time : 9:00 AM (Most days) - Schedule: Weekdays with some weekend shifts required Key Responsibilities: - Groundskeeping : Raking leaves, sweeping walkways, and clearing debris. - Beach Care : Cleaning and maintaining waterfront or beach areas. - Property Cleaning : Washing exterior windows and pressure-washing surfaces. - Setup & Maintenance : Cleaning, moving, and arranging patio furniture. - General Labor : Executing various outdoor manual tasks as needed.
