Job Summary: The HRIS Specialist will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department with a strong emphasis on HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting, and system optimization. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits and HRIS leadership to ensure accurate employee data management, system functionality, compliance reporting, and process efficiency. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role operating across multiple HR functions in a lean environment. The ideal candidate is highly systems-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning HR technology processes while also supporting core HR operations including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: - Maintains accurate employee data within the HRIS and supports reporting, metrics, and surveys as needed.
