Classification Title: Clinical Programs Coordinator II Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Administrative Responsibilities: - Provide program leadership, vision, and direction to achieve statewide impact. - Develop and manage budgets, staffing, contracts, and program reporting. - Supervise program staff, provide mentorship, and foster professional development. Travel and program development: - Coordinate statewide diabetes screening and outreach activities in collaboration with UF faculty, state agencies, and community organizations. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships across academic, clinical, governmental, and community settings. - Direct the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enabled diabetes education and management initiatives. Data management and research development: - Support development and oversight of diabetes tissue biobanking operations. - Collect, analyze, and report program outcomes for UF leadership, the Florida Legislature, and funding agencies.
