Position Title: Early Childhood Assistant Teacher - Phoenix Day Program Job Summary: This role assists with classroom instruction, supervision, lesson planning, and care routines such as feeding, diapering, and health checks. The Assistant Teacher also helps maintain a clean classroom, communicates with parents, supports assessments, and works closely with the lead teacher to meet program and licensing standards.
