Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning & Control Project Manager to join our team in Warwick on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in June. In this role, you will lead the planning function within a technical publication managed service, overseeing the coordination and delivery of all service outputs. Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer’s appointed personnel, you will manage work scope, workload planning and resource allocation, while supporting project implementation, cost estimation, and competence planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful end-to-end management of projects (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). Manage and coordinate all service deliverables to ensure alignment with customer expectations, timescales, and quality standards. Develop and support implementation strategies for new systems and tools, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption. Act as the main customer interface for scope, workload planning, and resource discussions.
