This role serves two key functions: Project Manager Associate for various small-scale efforts leveraging Smartsheet Administration skillset (or other designated Project Management Platform/Tool) and supporting key administrative actions necessary for project management hygiene. Project Management Associate: Project Setup & Tracking: Assist team members and stakeholders with setting up and tracking progress for small, defined projects or initiatives within designated tools. Task Coordination: Help coordinate tasks and deadlines for participants on small projects, ensuring clear understanding of responsibilities and timelines. Communication & Updates: Assist in gathering information and compiling concise status updates for non-complex projects to share with relevant stakeholders. Documentation: Help maintain basic project documentation and artifacts within Smartsheet or linked repositories for small projects.
