Job Description Security Officers are responsible for the safety of patrons, employees and the Wynn and Encore Property. In addition, Security Officers are responsible for ensuring all laws and policies are followed while being responsible for creating a positive guest experience by adhering to the Forbes five-star standards and the Wynn and Encore Core Values and Behaviors. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Security Operations: - Patrol casino floor, hotel areas, and property perimeter to identify potential risks, hazards, or suspicious activity. - Prevent theft, fraud, cheating, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. - Enforce all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Incident Response & Emergency Handling: - Respond promptly to emergencies including medical incidents, fires, disturbances, and criminal activity. - Administer first aid/CPR as trained. - De-escalate conflicts and manage disorderly conduct professionally. - Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
