Job Description Job Overview: This position is responsible for the execution and support of all maintenance activities which will achieve the desired results in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale.Responsibilities includes technical activities on shift and assigned areas.The Maintenance Lead ensures the activities of the Maintenance Planners and Maintenance group achieves, meets, or exceeds assigned duties to ensure that plant equipment is maintained at levels consistent with company specifications.The position monitors performance against maintenance budget. The Maintenance Lead supports breakdown elimination by leading daily maintenance execution, improving equipment reliability, and driving fast, effective response to equipment failures. This role is expected to coordinate work, support troubleshooting, identify recurring loss patterns, and help improve equipment uptime through strong technical leadership and communication.
