As an HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and supportive employee journey within Sungrow. - Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication. - Manage key HR operations including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding. - Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and benefit program administration. - Coordinate and track learning and development initiatives, including onboarding sessions. - Provide daily HR support, covering visa/work permit processes and employee activities. - Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures in a multicultural environment.
