Position Description: The Mobility Rehab Aide provides safe and appropriate basic patient care under the supervision of the Interdisciplinary team. As a member of the rehabilitation team, the Mobility Rehab Aide supports a safe and positive patient experience by assisting in the delivery of care and performing delegated multi-skilled basic patient care services. The Mobility Rehab Aide provides support and assistance in areas such as (but not limited to): mobility, ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), movement and ambulation, and positioning.
