Role description: Our Design and Engineering (Urban Development) division is seeking an experienced Principal Engineer or Associate Technical Director to lead the delivery, technical governance, and project management of civil land development projects. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, client objectives, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes. You will act as a key interface between design teams, clients, and stakeholders, driving quality and consistency across project delivery.
