What You Will Do: - Own and deliver category strategies across HR and Professional Services, driving commercial value and efficiency - Lead end-to-end sourcing activity, including negotiation of complex commercial and contractual agreements - Manage supplier selection, onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing performance - Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal and Professional Services to influence decision making and embed procurement best practice - Support the delivery of cost savings targets while balancing risk, quality and business needs - Manage supplier contracts and scope to ensure strong commercial outcomes and prevent scope creep on delivery projects - Contribute to t...
