Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team. This person will focus on testing complex subsystems in our humanoid robot. Responsibilities: - Perform subsystem and system-level testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability against specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues identified during testing. - Develop, document, and execute test procedures and validation plans. - Build and maintain automated test processes to improve efficiency and repeatability. - Integrate test automation, data collection, and reporting tools into existing workflows. - Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across testing processes and product quality. - Document results and track issues using JIRA and Google Workspace t...
