Chef– Aged Care | Kandos RSL LifeCare is a social purpose organisation providing leading aged care, retirement living, and veteran support services. With over 60 sites across NSW and the ACT, we are committed to empowering veterans and seniors to live their best lives with confidence. We are currently seeking applications for a Chef to support our 19 bed Residential Aged Care facility in Kandos . You will have the opportunity to: Lead all aspects of food operations including food safety, preparation and service Preparation and service of meals ensuring nutritious and wholesome food and variety of food. Preparation of special diets and modified diets as required including low salt, diabetic, soft and pureed. Ordering and/or oversight of ordering of food supplies.
