Job description

Mission Brief As a (Senior) Legal Counsel at Isar Aerospace , you will work in the Legal & Regulatory department, collaborating with the Director Legal & Regulatory and the in-house legal team of Isar Aerospace and provid ing legal advice in a wide range of business areas, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and contract management. You will furthermore work closely with various departments such as finance, commercial, technical, business development, corporate , and supply chain, helping to manage legal risks and ensure legal compliance across all company operations . Your Role in Our Space Mission - Provide support in daily legal operations and legal advice on a wide range of legal issues (related to commercial and supply chain contracts, compliance, data protection, intellectual property rights and contract management), preferably with a strong focus on corporate law and corporate governance - Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including in the procurement and technical departments, on a range of matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Support corporate transactions, restructurings, and other strategic pro...
