ROLE SUMMARY: The Director of UI/UX & Workflow is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the user experience and operational workflows of AI-powered solutions across healthcare initiatives. This role ensures that digital products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of diverse stakeholders across US Commercial Organization. The Director will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and workflow analysts to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences that drive adoption and impact. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience Strategy & Design Leadership: Define and execute the UI/UX vision for AI-enabled platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Lead the creation of design systems, interaction models, and visual languages that support consistency and scalability. Champion design thinking and human-centered design methodologies across the AI Accelerator team.
