Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Lead Developer. The Lead Developer is responsible for the following but not limited too: - Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, providing technical direction, and mentoring team members. - This role involves designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure architectures while ensuring compliance with program standards and objectives. - Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, performing code reviews, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring that development timelines are met. - The Lead Developer fosters collaboration across development teams while promoting the adoption of best practices to enhance system performance and maintainability. - This role drives innovation and ensures the successful delivery of software solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.
