Overview: The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a key role in supporting high-quality, efficient patient care within the Clinical Department. This position is responsible for assisting providers, preparing patients for exams, performing clinical tasks within scope, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. The MA works collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role also provides clinical support to the infusion nurses within the infusion suite to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered infusion services.
