Job Details: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment. This position pays: $21.50 per hour. General Job Description: To set up and operate efficiently, all product forming and cooking equipment on the lines which they have received training while following all company policy and procedures. Tasks: The Machine Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of cooking equipment. Tasks include, but are not limited to; assemble and dismantle all equipment, monitor and ensure product quality making adjustments when necessary to maintain product specifications, and perform the necessary wash down procedures when needed. Must be able to inspect the equipment prior to set up for cleanliness and possible mechanical deficiencies. Must be able to troubleshoot machinery and keep supervisor and maintenance informed of any machinery which needs to be repaired. Must be able to complete all QA checks and documentation accurately to include completion of paperwork.
