STARLINK ACCOUNT SPECIALIST (GOVERNMENT) Starlink is delivering high-speed, low-latency internet to the world’s most remote regions, and the Account Management team is at the forefront of this mission. Our Account Management team manages customer lifecycles from onboarding to growth. We're hiring an entry-level Account Specialist to handle high-volume orders, account setup, and operations for government partner accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as primary operational contact for assigned government accounts - Review and validate purchase orders and documents such as Purchase Orders, Letters of Authorization, and Pricing for Compliance - Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures - Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per the customer’s contracts - Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation - Track...
