Salary £26,400 p/a Customer Engagement Officer Northampton: Fixed-Term Position (6 months): Potential for extension depending on funding £26,400 p/a Are you passionate about helping people and improving local transport services? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and community-minded Customer Engagement Officer to join our Northampton team and help enhance the experience of our bus users across the town and surrounding areas. What you’ll be doing: With growing numbers of people visiting Northampton town centre, this role is all about making sure our customers feel supported throughout their journey. From providing directions and travel advice to sharing updates during service disruptions, you’ll be a vital point of contact for customers in and around the Bus Station and town centre and beyond.
