Medical Assistant II-Riley Pediatrics Cardiology-South Bend Location: - 621 Memorial Drive, Suite 612 South Bend, IN 46601 - Parking garage attached to the building Schedule: - Full-time (40 hours per week) - Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - No weekends - No holidays Requirements: What a Typical Day Looks Like - Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience - Confident and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic - Rooming patients - Obtaining vitals and medical history - Performing EKGs - Placing heart monitors - Scheduling patients - Answering phone calls Primary Focus of the Role: - Mostly clinical rooming and vitals - Minimal administrative work - Average clinic volume: 22 patients per day Cross-Training - Scheduling - EKGs - Fast-paced - Team-oriented - Friendly - Comfortable with a high rooming volume Why Join Us: Under the supervision of the designated supervisor and assigned physician, performs duties associated with direct patient care and clinical direction to provide patient care given in accordance with the organization standards.
